Second, the installation of the bearing bush and bearing housing should follow specific regulations. For the joint surface of the bearing shell and the bearing housing, it is necessary to effectively control the contact performance to ensure a more reasonable distribution of the contact points. If it is inspected by coloring, it must be guaranteed to exceed 60% of the overall area.


Third, moderate control of lubricating oil quality and flow. By controlling the oil quality and flow rate of the lubricating oil, it can provide a strong guarantee for the normal operation of the bearing bush. For this reason, the staff should regularly check the operation status of the lubricating oil supply system equipment to ensure good operation. At the same time, the oil quality of the lubricating oil should be checked regularly to ensure that it is in line with the actual use requirements of the oil quality and replaced regularly. If problems are found, they must be handled and resolved in time to ensure the quality of the equipment.


Fourth, for the position where there is no oil film on the inner surface of the bearing bush, friction with other surfaces or particles, then the surface metal molecules are displaced and separated from the metal layer in the case of temperature rise. If foreign matter enters the inside of the bearing shell with oil, it will wear and corrode under the influence and action of the rotating motion. According to the actual operation of the bearing bush and the experimental results, it is found that the main cause of early damage to the bearing bush is unknown impurities. To this end, attention should be paid to the cleanup of unknown impurities.
